F8TD Travel is intended only for people who are 18 years old or older. You may not create an account, use the service, or contact other users through F8TD if you are under 18.

You are responsible for the information you provide, the security of your account, your interactions with other users, and your own travel decisions. Use judgment before meeting, traveling with, or sharing personal information with anyone.

• Use F8TD lawfully, honestly, and respectfully.
• Provide accurate age and profile information.
• Respect other users' boundaries and privacy.
• Report safety concerns, scams, harassment, or underage use.

• No harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, or abuse.
• No scams, requests for money, spam, or deceptive promotion.
• No impersonation or misleading identity claims.
• No scraping, security bypassing, or misuse of the service.
• No illegal activity or conduct that creates safety risk.

F8TD does not guarantee matches, connections, travel outcomes, user identity, background checks, or personal safety. Any profile, trust, chemistry, or verification-related feature should be treated as limited product information, not a guarantee.

We may review reports, restrict features, remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts when we believe it is appropriate for safety, legal, operational, or product reasons. Knowingly false or abusive reports may also lead to account action.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, F8TD is provided as-is during beta and soft launch. F8TD is not responsible for user conduct, travel disruptions, offline interactions, losses, damages, or outcomes that arise from using or being unable to use the service. This language is a draft and should be reviewed by legal counsel.

We may update these terms as F8TD changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms, where permitted by law.
